    Mobility restriction:
    A restriction of mobility is always a very individual matter. Please do not hesitate to contact us, even if our trips and tours are not suitable for people with limited mobility. We will be happy to talk to you and clarify whether and to what extent participation is possible for you.

    Cancellation before the start of the trip:
    Please refer to our detailed travel conditions for cancellation fees.

    Travel insurance:
    We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. For Covid 19, separate insurance may be required. Please contact us for details.

    Payment arrangements/delivery of documents:
    Upon registration, 20% of the trip price is due as a deposit. We will send you an invoice for this. You will receive the remaining payment invoice approx. 4 weeks before the event. The travel documents will be sent after settlement of the invoice. The Guitar Summit ticket and other services will be waiting for you in your hotel room on arrival.
