To help you avoid long queues in the morning and start your Guitar Summit day smoothly and stress-free, we’ve revised the entrance concept for 2025 – aiming for shorter waiting times and a more streamlined process.
Note: The entrance procedure for Masterclass participants has changed – scroll down on this page for more information.
• There will be a brief security check at all entrances.
• Tickets will be scanned and you will receive your admission wristband.
• If you already have a wristband, you can use Gate 4 on Saturday and Sunday – this will save you time!
This year, check-in will NOT take place at Door 1 in the Rosengarten as in previous years, but for the first time at the directly adjacent Dorint Hotel (Friedrichsring 6, 68161 Mannheim). It is only a 1–2 minute walk from the main entrance of the Rosengarten (see red arrow).
