The minimum booking space is 4 square metres (2x2m). The maximum space for a company is 80 square metres. Anything in between is possible.
Stand, staff and packaging must fit within the booked space.
From 9 sqm the depth must be 3 m, from 16 sqm 4 m and from 25 sqm potentially 5 m.
For collective booths, 4 sqm per company must be booked.
The layout is not fixed like the usual hall plans, but is flexible and will be adjusted each year according to the number of bookings. Therefore, booth locations cannot be selected and there is no guarantee of placement or dimensions.
Electricity, walls and furniture are not included in the price but can be booked separately.
The Guitar Summit is a silent show. Testing and demonstration of amplified equipment is only permitted with headphones.
The Guitar Summit is not a sales show, as direct sales are prohibited by law on Sundays. The focus is on demonstrations, advice and networking.
