IMPORTANT INFO – please note:

• This is NOT a sales fair – the focus is on demos, consulting & networking
• Minimum booth size: 4 sqm (2×2 m)
• Maximum bookable area per brand: 60 square metres – anything in between is possible
• Booth, staff & packaging must fit within the booked space
• From 9 sqm: depth at least 3 m | from 16 sqm: at least 4 m | over 25 sqm: potentially 5 m
• Shared booths: minimum 4 sqm per company
• Flexible layout – no fixed space guarantees; booth locations are planned annually based on demand
• Power & furniture are not included but can be ordered separately
• Guitar Summit is a Silent Show – equipment may only be tested/demoed using headphones
