Stand bookings are binding. Any cancellation or reduction of the booked stand area must be made in writing. The following fees apply to the cancelled stand area:

• Within 7 days of booking: free of charge (0%)
• After 7 days until 29 April 2027: 25%
• From 30 April 2027: 45% if the cancelled stand space can be fully reallocated
• If only part of the space can be reallocated: 45% for the reallocated part and 100% for the remaining part
• If the space cannot be reallocated: 100%
• No-show: 150% of the confirmed stand fee

Fees are calculated based on the confirmed stand area and the agreed price per square metre.

A no-show occurs if an exhibitor does not attend the event and has not cancelled in writing at least 7 calendar days before the first official setup day. A cancellation received after this deadline is also considered a no-show.

Guitar Summit is not a sales show – the focus is on demos, consulting and networking. Only exhibitors may carry instruments and equipment in and out of the venue.

Guitar Summit is a silent show. Testing and demonstrating via amplifiers is only allowed with headphones in all areas – no exceptions.

Only the designated booth space is booked and may be used. Areas behind or next to multifunction pillars are not automatically part of the booth and may not be used as storage, lounge or back-office space without approval.

The booth must remain fully set up and staffed until the official end of the show on Sunday, 26 September 2027, at 5:00 pm. Dismantling starts at 5:00 pm at the earliest. Early dismantling or packing up of exhibits is not permitted. In case of violation, a contractual penalty of €500 may be charged after a warning. Repeated violations may affect future booth bookings.
