Here, small independent makers and their handmade products take center stage. We take care of a uniform presentation – you bring your products.

Do you build your own guitars, basses, amps or effect pedals? Then we have a special place for you.
With the Builders Lounge, we are creating a dedicated area at Guitar Summit 2027 for small, independent makers who design and build their own products with passion and craftsmanship.
This is not about big booths or fancy brand shows. It’s about great products, exciting ideas and the people behind them.
In the Builders Lounge, everyone gets the same equipment. You don’t need your own booth and you don’t have to worry about booth construction or decoration.
You bring your instruments or gear, we provide the setting.
So you can focus on what really matters: showing your products, talking to visitors and making new contacts.
The Builders Lounge is located in the Dorint Hotel right next to the Rosengarten Mannheim. You can reach it via the glass bridge on Level 1.
Here, we want to bring together the people who design and build their products themselves.
Acoustic or electric guitars, basses, amps or effect pedals: what matters is not what you build, but that you’re the one behind it.
The Builders Lounge is made for small, independent makers. To make the concept work, there are a few simple rules:
Spots in the Builders Lounge are limited. That’s why we don’t give them out through a regular booth booking.
Tell us about yourself, your workshop and your products.
We check if you and your products fit the concept.
If we can offer you a spot, you can then make a binding booking.
