    Your application is non-binding and does not guarantee a place. If we offer you a place and you book it, the following 8 rules apply. Each rule must be confirmed individually. Your confirmations are stored with the exact wording and time.

    TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

    Builders only*

    You develop and build your products yourself. You attend Guitar Summit in person as the builder.

    Same setup for everyone*

    All participants use the same setup: a presentation area of approx. 3 m² with a table with black molton, seating, a uniform logo sign and a power connection. Your own booth constructions, roll-ups and banners are not allowed. Only your assigned presentation area may be used – aisles and neighbouring areas may not be used for storage or presentation.

    One builder, one place*

    Your presentation area may not be shared with other companies. Taking part with an additional regular exhibitor booth is not possible.

    Binding booking & cancellation*

    Your application is non-binding. If we offer you a place, your booking becomes binding as soon as you accept the place. Any cancellation must be made in writing. The following fees apply, based on the package price (€849 net):

    • Within 7 days of your binding booking: free of charge (0%)
    • After that until 29 April 2027: 25%
    • From 30 April 2027: 45% if your place can be given to another builder
    • If your place cannot be given to another builder: 100%
    • No-show: 150% of the package price

    A no-show occurs if a participant does not attend the event and has not cancelled in writing at least 7 calendar days before the first official setup day. A cancellation received after this deadline is also considered a no-show.

    Not a sales show*

    Guitar Summit is not a sales show – the focus is on demos, consulting and networking. Only exhibitors may carry instruments and equipment in and out of the venue.

    Silent show*

    Guitar Summit is a silent show. Testing and demonstrating via amplifiers is only allowed with headphones in all areas – no exceptions.

    Early dismantling*

    Your table must remain fully set up and staffed until the official end of the show on Sunday, 26 September 2027, at 5:00 pm. Dismantling starts at 5:00 pm at the earliest. Early dismantling or packing up of products is not permitted. In case of violation, a contractual penalty of €500 may be charged after a warning. Repeated violations may affect future participation.
