*Please note: The allocation of free Kids & Youth Tickets is limited. We reserve the right to end ticket issuance early once capacity has been reached.

The SOCIAL Ticket is our contribution to making this community spirit accessible to people with limited financial means as well.*
• Target group: Only recipients of German state benefits (citizen’s benefit, social assistance, housing benefit).
• Exception: Recipients of BAföG or BAB are not eligible.
• Process: Reservation in the shop & upload of the benefit notice for verification. Payment & collection on site at the box office.
• Condition: Strictly personalized, non-transferable, only available to residents of Germany.

*A quick word about our criteria •
It is not easy for us to draw a line here. We know that financial hardship takes many forms and is not always reflected in an official notice. But as event organizers, it is not our place to assess on a case-by-case basis whose income is “too low”.
In order to make the SOCIAL Ticket possible at all and to remain fair, we need to rely on an objective basis – and that means official state classifications. We are painfully aware that this policy is not perfect and may not cover every individual hardship case. Even so, we kindly ask for your understanding. We see this ticket as a first important step toward making our community more open to everyone, while ensuring that this support truly reaches those who need it most urgently.
